    Grapes from the lake Erie region are distilled into spirits to create soju and combined with high quality wine and water.   

  • STEP TWO

    Cucumber juice, lime juice, natural flavors and a touch of sugar are infused with the mixture. Dried mint is macerated into the mixture, which gets finely filtered and bottled on-site.
